Golden Door Elysia Health Retreat And Spa

I loved everything about The Golden Door. The programs - both exercise and relaxation/healing, the spa, the other guests, the wonderful staff, the food. Fantastic accommodation, fantastic location. Loved every minute, and will definitely return for another week of rest and rejuvenation.

2 of the three massages did not receive the 80 min treatment promoted. One massage was excellent.
My facial was provided by a young lady with 2 years training in the profession and frankly was not good enough. She lacked the experience and confidence to provide a good treatment. I suspect not her fault - just lack of training and maturity.
I expected more for the great Golden Door. I have received much better shopping centre treatments.
Overall - a disappointing experience.
Golden Door are living on their reputation. They extract every $ from their clients for the promise they then don't actually deliver.

Great Day Spa within the amazing health retreat. Hugh range of massage and beauty therapies, great therapists. If a day visitor, you can arrive early or leave late after your treatment and use the steamroom or spa and the relaxing lounges. Book early if you are going on a weekend as it is very popular.

Great place to reset a healthy pattern for your life. The staff are amazing, friendly and motivating. A great place to get away for anyone. Food is excellent.

This was my third time at the Golden Door Health Retreat, and it only gets better and better. The staff are exquisite, warm and caring, and I am just blown away by how incredible an experience it is. We will be coming back again - the healing is profound and unlike anything you can get elsewhere. Thank you Golden Door for not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them. My fiance and I are so indebted to you for the heart and soul that you put into making sure that we are cared for and nurtured back to health and vitality!

Absolute disgusting service I received on the 20th of May by a nasty rude women behind the counter.
I can understand why Golden Door is struggling to find new customers.
