Great food and wonderful, friendly service.

Not a good experience. Rude & slow service. Very salty pasta & overpriced. Very cold & lacked atmosphere.

I was eating at this restaurant with my girlfriend, the environment is very nice and the staff very welcoming, we felt at home. For starters we took a chopping board of appetizers including zucchini flower and arancini, after we ordered risotto with porcini and a plate of pappardelle with capretto ragu, the pasta was fresh and the risotto was rich in flavor. Great selection of wines from all over Italy.

Do not attend when a crowd is expected. Our Mother's Day experience (2017) was terrible. We had 12 people, but other tables had more. The waiters never offered us drinks, we had to flagged them down for attention. The drinks took 20 minutes to arrive after ordering (I'm being kind). The food was served slowly - up to 30minutes wait or more between courses (being finished). The food generally was delicious, the servers were polite (excepting one), but the service was inattentive, and slow whilst the owner was ungracious and rude.

We came here for a special Mother's Day lunch but it was ruined by the disgusting 'service' and a main that should be on Kitchen Nightmares. We were a party of 12 and had booked a set menu. Our antipasto and pasta each took a long time to come out, our drinks order was forgotten and had to be chased up several times but we were not too bothered about it as the antipasto was nice, pasta was so so and they were busy. What did bother us, was that a good 45 mins after we had finished our second of three courses, our third still had not arrived and the table still not cleared. When we asked the waiter to cancel the mains if they had not started (we had to go to the bar to talk to them ) we were told they would be 4 mins. Ok, fine we would have them, but a further 20 mins later and still nothing, by then we were incredibly annoyed and kicked up a fuss. The owner was not apologetic and when we had said that the mains could have been cancelled etc he said well next time I'll just put everything in a bowl and you can sort it out yourselves. He was so rude to everyone on the table, did not apologise once! When the mains arrived (I only wished I had taken a photo) it was truly shocking! It was a piece of chicken and piece of veal (that looked like it had been boiled) with some awful coloured sauce and tinned mushrooms on top.
When we looked closer one dish had hair in it so we spoke to a waiter, he said: "I cleaned those plates myself, I wasn't born yesterday" He had just accused us for putting hair into our food! The hair wasn't on the plate, it was in the damn food! We never said to the waiter he had done it!! Upon closer inspection with the other plates we found more hair, short dark hair to be precise...you can only imagine what that could be....

We are truly disgusted and have never seen such appalling service from a restaurant and especially from an owner. They ruined what was supposed to be a lovely lunch.

one of the best restaurants in Sydney. Very delicious pizza n pasta. The staff were really nice. It was amazing to see the whole staff members singing happy birthday to a little girl while bringing out the cake.

Food was delivered on time, but that is the only positive we really had with what we received from Goloso. The pizza was undercooked in the centre, and tough and dry on the outside. The fairly bland pasta we received was less than entree-sized (less than half the container it arrived in) for over $20. Dessert was also disappointing.
Total waste of time and money.
