Good Reason offers software and systematic thinking - good reason - to charities and others working for the common good. We develop, install and support customised CRM database systems. These are based on our own proprietary systems, or increasingly on CiviCRM, a sophisticated open-source contact management system specifically designed for not-for-profits. We advise on procedures and develop software to link CRM systems with payment gateways, online giving systems, social networking sites, accounting applications, banking systems and online stores – areas in which many not-for-profits struggle to meet standards taken for granted in the commercial sector. We design specific, systematic solutions to unique operational requirements of the not-for-profit community, typically in the areas of financial reporting, budgeting and event management. Our solutions may or may not involve computer systems; but they always involve coherent, practical responses to ever increasing complexity and onerous compliance and reporting obligations.
