Good Time Harbour Cruise

As a uni group we booked for 150 and when our numbers went up to 220 were told everything would be fine. The boat arrived about half an hour late and the top floor which we expected to be open as we'd booked was locked meaning we had one tiny bar to serve 220 uni students. We finally got them to open the top but all facilities were unable to be used and within half and hour it was closed again. The lines were terrible due to their stuff up and everyone was NOT HAPPY. The food was also pretty gross. To top this off they were understaffed and the "boss" on board verbally abused our executive, calling us "f**king idiots" when we were trying to make things run smoothly for our event and trying to get them to do some basic crowd control. He also shoved members of our executive. If you don't want a ruined night, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
