Dropped into Jaycar today to grab something quickly, though when came out to the ute found it wouldn't start. Walked into Goodspanner and got immediate service. He came out to the carpark asked the right questions, checked the right things and advised me I could leave it for them to check out. Rang me within 40min with fuel pump diagnosis had parts already on their way and I was fixed and back on the road within a couple of hours. Appreciate the good service and experience today. Nice to see such a clean workshop. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

After being a loyal customer for 11 years and purchasing multiple sets of high end tyres and recommending this business to other people, I was treated today very rudely. Won't be going back. And they won't care because they have lots of business. Unfortunately, all too common in Australia where established businesses seem to think they are doing you a favour letting you spend your money with them.
