Excellent Service. They were professional and got my air con working like brand new again. Good customer service is hard to find but Gosford Air provided just that.

Gosford Air Conditioning installed 12 split A/C units in my building over 10 years ago. I have always found the team at Gosford Air very helpful and accommodating when these units needed servicing or repair. Without the quick repair turn around my customers would soon get hot under the collar. I appreciate your excellent service and gladly recommend you to those seeking A/C installation and repairs.

Received a pamphlet in the mail with a picture of a technician doing a coil clean on an airconditioning unit. Rang up and requested this service and was told the cost would be $180 for two machines and arranged a date and time. The technician did not turn up and when I rang was told he went to another job. I then rebooked and when the technician came out he had been told it was a maintenance job and the coil clean requested would be $200 per machine!!!! Rang the office to discuss and was told that most people book for a maintenance not a coil clean! They had not listened to what was requested, quoted us the wrong price, did not turn up for scheduled appointment, did not provide confirmation of appointment and were generally unhelpful when the issue was discussed with them.
