I'd give no stars, but you can't. customer service is appalling

I booked my car in for its 30,000 km service and dropped it off at 7. I received a call at 12.30 to tell me they had dented my front panel. They said that they would fully repair the damage at no cost to me, and they did. On inspection, i mentioned that there was scratched on the hood that id never noticed before and the guy laughed at me and where it was repaired had buff marks, which i was told would just wash off.

Do not buy anything from these guys!

We bought our Grand Vitara from here a year ago - it is a Lemon! The sales pwrson 'convenienntly' doenst work here anymore when we inquired on a warranty issue - they didnt have the paperwork of their own work (blue slip) that had to be 'taken off site' making the warranty void. We live now with a squeeling, stinking car with our two small boys because of all the convenient work they dont have the paper work for.

I am not surprised that there is such a low rating from these guys. And i am still not sure why we havent gone to fair bloody trading against them!

Suzuki head office - audit them!

Sent email 11/1 to book in Swift for service still waiting on a response? Will have to ring to book in for the last time will take elsewhere after this service. Customer Service is non existent at this Dealership.

Went in on a Saturday ready to by a swift and wanted to get finance for it. The young guy working treated us like we were nothing. was very arrogant and had no time for us. I put it down to i have tattoos and dont wear a suit but i guarantee i earn more then him

If I was you I'd drive an extra 40 minutes to Hornsby Suzuki, Wouldn't waste my time or anybody else's here.

Booked my car in for service at 8:30 and got there right on 8:30 and told it will be ready at 12 , arrived back at 12 and told they only just started working on it 30 minutes ago , had to another 2 hours for my car, waste of my time
