I was recently in the Heart Unit and cannot fault the nursing staff on their kindness and attentiveness afforded to me. Thank you all.

Generally customer service provided by the hospital was adequate but there a number of areas which could stand improvement therefore I have given the hospital a low score.
1. Client off street parking has inadequate capacity. Customers for the hospital fill the on street parking as well.
2. I am a diabetic requiring insulin with each meal as well as other drugs. I provided the drugs and insulin needed for my overnight stay in hospital following procedure.
Following my afternoon procedure I was given a late luncheon meal but not given my drugs or insulin. As a result my blood sugar increased.
For the evening meal My drug and insulin dose was again missed. My blood sugar further increased to now alarming levels.
Only when I made a fuss 1 hour later was something done.
However dosage of insulin was not altered to compensate for the missed doses.

In my opinion North Gosford Private Hospital have proven themselves incompetant to properly manage diabetics in their care.

This is a great hospital, my aunty works here and I came with her to work. I got to work in main reception and the staff were really nice and caring, especially Michelle, Lauren, Jackie and Blake.

Mixed opinions. I've had a good experience staff were friendly and helpful. But for my grandpa, they forgot medications, had to wait the hole weekend till Monday to get some oral antibiotics as pharmacy wasn't opened after knee surgery. Ended up with a infection in his knee. Could of easily been prevented.

North Private Hospital should be ashamed of themselves, my mum is currently there having chemo treatment and as with the treatment has a sign on her room to notify others of her treatment.

A senior nursre walk past her room last night and was heard saying to others "to stay clear of her room, as thats probably just another Junkie"

Thats absolutely disgusting and I'll make sure evryone hears about this.
