Horrible experience! So much for next day delivery, I didn't receive my hampers until 4 business days later. Which was late enough as the people I bought them for had left the country and I chose this company due to their "fast shipment" advertisement on their website. So I called the courier company myself and they told me the payment for express delivery was not paid for by GB. So after a few deliberations back and forth with GB (over a couple of days mind you) I spoke to the lady who supposedly deals with following up orders, I asked her for a refund as it just wasn't good enough....she apologised and said yes but to this day (10 business days later) I am still waiting on my refund. I won't mention her name but I won't forget it either.
Products I received were lovely don't get me wrong, but a little too late for its purpose. It was just so frustrating to hear the blame game between them and the courier. They were busy blaming each other while I waited for my order. Not happy at all, not so sure about ordering anything from them again, just not reliable!

I was extremely impressed with Gourmet Basket. My questions were answered by the very helpful team over the phone, I then proceeded with my order on line with ease.

The quality of the hamper was exactly what I was after, my friend was over the moon!
