I moved from NSW to Tasmania 3 weeks ago. The guys from Grace couldn't have been more helpful. Starting with the Cathal who gave me the quote and kept me calm, Melissa who answered my stressy questions, the guys who picked up my furniture and the fellows who delivered it to where I asked. They were courteous and helpful and knew exactly what was needed to move the furniture with the least amount of fuss. I have found no problems with the furniture or goods and will definitely use Grace when I finally find my permanent residence in Tasmania. Thank you Grace.

They made moving interstate very easy. I was very happy with the result.

I recently moved from Melbourne to Sydney with Grace and paid a premium to use a moving company that was supposed to have a good reputation.

I declined their insurance as it was TRIPLE the industry norm, they quotes $1500 and i got a much better policy externally for $450.
The move was largely uneventful other than a missing box that grace don't seem to care about.

It was reported at the time of moving in as it was clearly missing when the load was delivered. Either the movers didn't report this to the office or the office didn't care enough to contact me, the responsibility was left on me to follow up.

After following up and reporting this i have since had no further contact, that was 10 days ago, but i received emails asking for online reviews.
In my opinion Grace are far more concerned with getting a positive online reviews rather than doing what they get paid (handsomely) for, being delivering ALL of my stuff.

So here is your review, i absolutely DON'T recommend using Grace as they charge more than other, lose your stuff and then don't care enough to do anything about it.

Once you have paid your money, you will not hear from Grace. Essentially you are left to project manage all their outsourced providers. I've used Grace to move from Sydney to the UK, and apparently Grace's idea of managing customs clearance is to tell the customer to do it themselves! As a result I now have several weeks delay on delivery of my shipment. No apologies, no recompense, and no responses to the so-called "customer service" that you will see them saying will be in touch, because they take customer service so seriously!
Grace charges exorbitant prices, however, this does not equate to professionalism, quality or efficiency.
Below is a picture of my desk, dining table and armchair for the next few weeks. I wait with bated breath to see if the shipment actually arrives in tact. Thanks for making my transition so effortless Grace!!

From the office staff, to the pickup and delivery everyone were very friendly and helpful. Packing and protection was excellent, and everything on time or better. For the work, it was real value for money.

Last-minute change to packers' arrival time has gotten my move off to a bad start marred by poor service.I thought a higher price meant better service. I was wrong.

Bit of a stressful time moving interstate and am so glad i didn't have to worry about moving my stuff between QLD and NSW. From the packing and removal to the storage and delivery everything worked out perfectly. Thanks to all the crew at both ends who did an excellent job. Wouldn't hesitate to use Grace again.

Definitely recommend - they made the whole process very easy, from the initial consult to provide a quote to pickup/delivery on time and in full. Everything was packed incredibly efficiently and care was taken to make sure my belongings were looked after.
