Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Smeaton Grange

OUR FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM is suitable for the person on their first class to the seasoned practitioner. The fundamentals are the building blocks of Gracie Jiu Jitsu.
Classes will be structured around one technique, broken into easy steps and then combined towards the end of the class. Positional drilling is key in this class, as students will then get to practice their technique with increasing levels of resistance from their training partners.
