I would like to say I was very happy with Graeme Morris Motorcycles. Being new to Newcastle and after having trouble with my little scooter, I rang around and no other motorcycle dealer in Newcastle would look at my scooter. I was recommended Graeme Morris through a friend at work who rides bikes and she said from new she always takers her cruiser and husbands sport bikes to Graeme Morris for service and tyres. They looked at my scooter, ordered the parts from another dealer and fixed it. Now little red is a rocket again, thank you.

Took my scooter in to have the Carby cleaned and an E Safety Done (pink Slip)....came out $386.00 in total. We rang after a few days of hearing nothing and they had "lost the scooter in the system" !?!
Picked it up today to be told that it failed the safety check as it needed a new tyre - what got me angry was we never received phone call to ask what tyre we wanted to purchase and if we wanted to purchased the new tyre from them at all. They fitted one of the most expensive tyres " a Pirelli Sport" on a little 150 scooter.They also changed me $45 to "remove and replace wheel" !! thats fine but they also charged $150 in labour ....?? Isn't taking off a wheel classified under "LABOUR".
Anyway, not happy and won't return.
