The staff is very friendly ,very helpful .the beautiful and quite place such a awesome environment to sit and to read the treasure of knowledge to full fill our soul needs .i will highly recommend to visit this place

Staff is not very friendly, dry behaviour. A sense of superiority and ignorance reflects in the way they behave, no sense of what a friendly customer service is. People's phones are ringing, children making noise and staff says nothing. The good things are that they will keep reminding you via email or sms that the book you've requested previously is available for you and are responsive to the inquiries over phone.
