We produce grass-fed beef from cattle bred and raised on our family properties at Holbrook and Jindera

Our family property at Holbrook has good soil and reliable rainfall which allow us to produce 100% grass fed beef. Our cattle graze on a variety of grasses in large paddocks with plenty of shade and water. They are quietly handled and transported in small numbers in our own truck. We do not use the antibiotics which are necessary in large scale grain feed beef production. All our meat comes vacuum packed. It can be safely stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks, or taken out camping in your esky, or frozen. You can buy individual cuts from the product list. Or you can buy a pack, which gives you a discount over purchasing individual cuts. We have five packs for you to choose from. We can organise delivery within a week of ordering.
