Only 2 people showed up today for our show meeting. I also had a couple of calls from people volunteering their time.
We are going to still go ahead with the 20th Annual Grawin Show on the 16th of September as it would be a shame for it not to happen, so if you are able to lend a hand it would be greatly appreciated.
We need people to help with the planning, preparation, advertising and also to help out on the day.

The 20th Annual Grawin Show may not happen this year! It is scheduled for later in the year on the 16th of September. Due to a lack of interest in organising the show it could be cancelled. Many of the people who graciously volunteered their time every year are no longer available and new volunteers are needed. If you are willing to volunteer to... help please send us a message.
Meetings to plan the event need to start happening very soon.
I will be holding a meeting next Saturday the 7th of July at 11am to discuss the planning and events. I have done the show categories and rules, entertainment is organised, I have a list of stall holders to contact but can't make contact unless we know it is happening.
All willing to give your time please attend. It would be a shame to see this annual event cancelled.

Don't forget this June long weekend we have a heap going on at the Grawin Club in the Scrub! Entertainment by DJ Duggy Friday and Saturday and Sunday karaoke by Trina Brown. As you can see it going to be a jam packed weekend.
On the 13th of July, come and join us for a pyjama party with live entertainment by 'Just Us', bring your best and warmest pj's. Can't wait to see you all there 😊
