Atrocious business practice. Booked a gas water heater installation through bunnings. Bunnings offered a base package deal which included 5 meters of gas pipe, they flat out refused to honour that written agreement. I can understand if a business doesn't agree with what Bunnings are offering, but take it up with Bunnings are quit those arrangements. Don't turn up to do a job and not honour the deal. Horrendous!!!!
