9/10 times staff are lovely, very easy to do business with, disappointed that they charge for over the counter withdrawals.

Always short of staff and have to wait for around 20mins in the queue. Aweful branch and never wanna deal with lady called Ned.

The guy refused to open account for my daughter in law today as she was wearing a scarf . Then he said it’s because she can’t speak English properly not because she’s a Muslim. I asked for the manager and after they played around for a long time the manager came and when she realised I had an account from the past, opened the account for her arrogantly. My daughter in law felt really stressed and offenced watching the way they treated her. So racist and rude are the staff in this branch. I realised they just hate muslims

I have always found the staff of The Greater Bank in the Lismore & Casino branches to be marvellous to deal with.

One of your customers has defrauded me $700 and despite all my efforts to pass on all information to your fraud and securities department (including ACORN reference numbers) I've been told that there is nothing you as a bank can do and that it is up to the police to chase that money up.

Now, the $700 aside that you allegedly can not give back to me despite all my evidence, I'm wondering how many dishonest / fraudulent / criminals in general you support as a financial institution?

Also, how is it that you have no powers to retrieve those funds when i have all the evidence in the world to show that your customer is a fraud?

Located inside the centre. The staff are super friendly & helpful, I don't attend in the branch very often, but each time I have, the staff are wonderful. Parking is either the underground carpark or if lucky street parking close to entry. Wheelchair access.
