Worst customer service. AVOID

0 stars if we could. I've never been told that I can't take food home before (to avoid being wasteful) but I was tonight. The coconut water we ordered was 90% ice and 10% coconut water and it didn't apply to us tonight but why is there a minimum spend of $20 per diner. There are a lot of families who can't afford that. Is that even legal? Saddened that we live in a world more concerned with making a buck than doing right by people, big or small business.

Great food and service

The owner is extreamly arrogant and rude. We placed our order & because it was less than $20 per head, we were warned next time they wouldn't serve us (and I WAS a regular customer, way to lose possible revenue 👍🏼). If you have an allergy or special food requirement, DONT GO!! We had to bring something back & was bombarded with abuse from the owner. She had the nerve to tell us that we should have ordered something else, when we had already told the waitress what our needs were. Maybe you should train your staff better?? I don't even think she even knew what our issue was because she wouldn't even let us speak! As an ex regular customer, I can also tell you that on 4 separate occasions, I had hair in my food! My own fault for continuing to order there but just goes to show, my restaurant standards are not high. I have never written a restaurant review before, this experience was so terrible that I felt compelled to open a gmail account just to write this review. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

A family of 4 ( two adults & 2 kids aged 6 & 9 & ) wanted to try out local restaurant on Monday night. We have orders valued around $ 50. The supervisor came out & said it was not enough & said minimum order $20 per person. How ridiculous & absurd !!!

There's no notice / signs suggested that mininum spending $20 per person. Otherwise we would NOT have walked in.

We encourage other diners who have bad experiences with "Green Bamboo" Vietnamese Restaurant @ Panania to write reviews to reflect their level of service & absurd practices. Just wondering if we could make a compliant to Fair Trading Department about its practices !

We definitely will tell our friends DO NOT go to that restaurant !

PS - Green Bamboo Vietnamese Restaurant @ Panania deserves NO star in my opinion, however has to give one start in order to post this review.

Its not a traditional vietnamese food. Mixed with Thai, chinese...etc...
Main dish was terrible. I ordered chiken dish but i could test only fish sauce. Not worth to pay $93 for two people. Never never never again.

Our favourite Vietnamese Restuarant, food always tasty and as described. A credit to Jenny & her wonderful staff. Have recommended a number of family & friends to this hidden gem in the Suburbs.

Excellent Thai food and seating for 30 to 40 people. Take away available.
