Greener Cleaner Dry Cleaners And Laundry

I am very happy with drycleaners2u services. Pick up and drop off service really save my time and money.

Paid extra ($60 in total) to dry clean a skirt and jacket within 24 hours and upon pick up, I noticed neither item had been dry cleaned yet (creases still evident) but they still handed over the items to me. After pointing out the skirt was still creased, I was advised to come back an hour later. Not recommend

Have been a customer for 3+ years. Lost a pair of suit pants placed out for pick up. Kris has taken zero responsibility and showed no interest in responding to calls, or listening to my concerns in any way. Very disappointing service experience for someone who has been a long term customer.

Clearly don't know what they are doing. Have ruined a $300 shirt by overheating it. A hole has also formed due to the extreme temperatures they use, will not be returning.

1. Their opening hours online are incorrect, make sure you call up to ensure they're open
2. Expensive. They offer discounts, but only if you go through a third party, not if you go to them direct
3. The work they did was adequate, but I really feel they completely disregarded any specific requests
4. Slow - They were meant to be complete within 48 hours, I came in after 3 days, they couldn't find all my shirts - I had to pick up just a few of them and then arrange for the rest to be delivered
5. Delivery driver did not show up at first arranged time. Delivery driver cancelled 2 hours before the second arranged time
6. Finally had to go in another time to pick up my missing shirts - no remorse or anything. They really didn't seem to care.

With so many different Dry Cleaners in the general area I absolutely would not go anywhere near this one again.

Originally, I was happy with these dry cleaners. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having my dry cleaning picked up from and delivered to my home.

Then I realised that they charge more to dry clean a woman's suit than they do to dry clean a man's suit. They also charge more to press a woman's business shirt than a man's business shirt (as they characterise them as 'blouses')! When I quizzed them about this, they said they were trying to match specials offered by competitors. I find this practice sexist and offensive!

I then noticed that they had charged me to have our shirts cleaned and pressed, rather than pressed only (although they refunded me the difference when it was drawn to their attention). The final straw was when they charged me $53 to dry clean a silk dress. $53! I called my old dry cleaner to get a sense of whether this was a reasonable price, who said they would charge $23 for the same service. I left three or four messages for Kris to call me about this invoice, but didn't receive a response.

Needless to say, I no longer use their services.
