Massage
Massage is one of the oldest natural remedies we know. On the surface, it relieves stress and removes the toxins that cause muscle pain – but the benefits run much deeper than this. Massage releases emotional blockages that exist in the mind and body, so that the presence of injuries, discomfort and chronic pain are eliminated. I’ll teach you how breath and movement can detoxify your body and create an ongoing state of relaxation. After a thorough assessment, you’ll receive holistic treatment plan that far transcends physical benefits and provides the foundations for a healthier and happier you.

Yoga
Yoga is a way of living and expressing yourself with 100% free will. A blend of meditation, spiritual philosophy and asana (physical practice), yoga simply gives the mind space to feel what really is. It trains us to observe not to judge, not to push, ignore or resist- but to just be. I’m an asana teacher, but I apply the principles of meditation for better breathing, movement, technique and alignment during yoga. The mind, breath and soul are deeply inter-twined and it’s my joy to share this wisdom with you.

Meditation is a state of mind where your body, mind and soul work together in harmony to walk you through life with peace, humbleness and compassion. There are many different mediation techniques that I use to create this for you - one of which is by simply bringing awareness to your breath and using it as your anchor. Let me equip you with practical techniques that you can apply daily, to live a life of inner calm.
