Greenway Chapel & Memorial Gardens

Beautiful serene setting, lovely chapel and great cafe

My dad recently passed away and we decided to have the funeral at Greenway Chapel. This is probably the most difficult review I've ever had to write in my life, but not due to any failure, faults or flaws with the venue, but due to the reason needing to be there. My father loved gardens and gardening and the naturalistic feeling of being in the middle of trees, flowers, and you can never have enough green. Greenway Chapel was the perfect place to say my final goodbye to the man I loved most in the world, and I know that if he could have had a way to have seen his service, he would have been smiling wider than ever. The catering was great quality and although I was a little too much in shock to be totally present to give a proper review, for the reason that I was there, it made the most traumatic and upsetting time of my life just that little bit easier to bare. It really is a beautiful place.

Beautiful light-filled modern chapel with comfortable seating. Excellent sound and a/v facilities Excellent wheelchair access. Tranquil gardens. Only just adequate parking, probably due to demand. There is a florist near the entry.
