Gregory Jewellers

Very disappointed. I purchased a $7000.00 Breitling watch from Gregory's Jewellers in Parramatta for a 30th birthday present and 6 months into wearing the watch i was on a family holiday and noticed the crown would not lock.

Due to the crown not locking, it caused humidity and water to go into the watch. I contacted Gregory's Jewellers and Breitling while overseas and was told to return the watch to them for an assessment.

After providing them with the watch, they contacted me 8 weeks later to advise that i damaged the crown and watch it was not covered under warranty and that i would have to pay $1956.59 to have my watch repaired.

Meanwhile, my $80 seiko watch held up just fine and had no issues what so ever.

DO NOT PURCHASE A BREITLING WATCH UNLESS YOU WANT TO PURCHASE AN OVERPRICED WATCH FULL OF HEADACHES WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SEE IMAGES ATTACHED

As much of a painful customer i can be sometimes and as extremely fussy as i can be Nelly never gave up. Nelly is a true credit to this store and she has exceptional product knowledge which even far exceeded my expectations, If you are looking for quality Jewellery or a new time piece please do your self a favour and go see Nelly at Gregory Parramatta i can not praise her enough for her service to me as a customer.

Rude customer service towards my Mum back in June. She went in and inquired about some Gucci jewellery and the assistant was unhelpful and snubbed her by saying the pieces were all above a certain price point. Might I remind you - your job is a retail assistant - your customers pay you to do your job.
