Gregory Jewellers Bondi Junction

I bought my first watch here 2 years ago. It was a Tissot Visodate, full retail at $800, been offered no discount or whatsoever.
Stuff weren't even helpful, they didn't tell me anything about the watch - history, movement, case etc.
I had no experience in purchasing watches back then and after several purchasing experiences with The Hour Glass and Swiss Concept, now I start to realize how bad the service was at this place and I got ripped off big time.
I will never going back and I recommend people avoid this place at all cost, especially if you are a newbie in watches.

I bought a Tag Heuer from the BJ store about a year ago. Great price and the staff were wonderful. Helen the big boss also got involved and the complete experience was great.

I got TISSOT watch on ly buy service the guy that serve me first time to purchase one of watches which i did it was very rude and his name is Pietro . I have had much better experience in Gregory Jewelry in Liverpool store where i am regular customer. You can keep 200$ dollars deposit but you will never get 5% surcharge on that watch.
I don't know you the manager of this store at Bondi Junction but even Pietro shoult learn to be more polite and not rude.
Anyway i am suggesting to all concern consumer for this jewelry shop to think twice before they go in to buy something.
You get sucked in by person who doesn't have customer service experience!!!

Top service! Extremely helpful, exceptional customer service in every aspect. The attendant even opens the door for customer by hand.

Sadly, a shocking service experience. Watch broke (almost lost in surf, piece broke off despite being promised durability when I bought from Gregory's) and went in to seek help replacing certain piece . They never contacted manufacturer on my behalf for a quote as promised and never contacted me. Left waiting for a month or so with no follow up. Obviously no commission to be made from helping loyal customers. Wish all your staff were like Stuart.

I was shopping for a 60th gift for my mother in Gregory Bondi Junction where I was cared for by Stuart. I was greeted by Stuart who right off the bat was not like the other staff I had encountered in my search for the perfect gift.

He understood that I did not want someone pushing products onto me and began by asking some very thoughtful questions, he was trying to really understand who the gift was for.

As we went through the process he continued to show his exceptional character by never pushing for a sale and explaining the intricate details of each option we were discussing.

In the end, I left the store feeling like I had not only received great service but have made a friend that I will continue to see for my jewellery needs.
