When you stop making excuses and start working hard the body you want will happen. Today I felt tired and a bit sick so I rested and did a late gym session. My body doesn't change if I don't work hard. Long list of some excuses I hear as a trainer and how you can sabotage your own mindset: I can't afford it - if you really want to change you can. You can afford it. I don't have time - get up earlier or train in the eve. 24 hours and you haven't got 30mins.... yes you do! I fe...el insecure on the gym floor - train with a trainer and learn how to be confident. I train but don't get results: be accountable and stick to your diet, train with a purpose and a programme for growth not same same. I'll start Monday - stop prolonging it you may change your mind. My times are all over the place so I can't commit - again 24 hours in a day and you can't go for a break? Stop, listen to your excuses and get real. You can do it you, just hold yourself at a high standard and value your health and love yourself enough to change. You only live once and I prolong mine with exercises and good gym vibes π€πβ€οΈπͺπΌ
