Areas We Service :
We are based in Bundoora in Melbourne's north and service a wide section of the metropolitan area. Our service area covers from and up to: Altona, Sunshine, Taylors Lakes, Craigieburn, Wollert, Hurstbridge, Donvale, Balwyn, Hawthorn as well as the Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs. Job requests beyond these suburbs are considered upon request.
How we charge :
Unlike many of our competitors we do NOT charge a call out fee. Rather we charge a flat, competitive fee for the first 30 minutes of labour per job and a competitive hourly rate thereafter, billed in 30 minute increments, plus any materials we provide. On-site quotes are provided at no-cost for applicable jobs and we require all quotes to be formally accepted via our web based system before a booking can be accepted. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
Payment terms for most jobs are 'payable upon completion' however we also offer 7 Day payment terms via invoice at our discretion. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Eftpos, EFT and Cash as payment and receipts are ALWAYS provided regardless of payment method used. Please call us to find out more about our rates and how we charge.
