Undercooked chicken, a burnt bun and it was cold!
Better of going to Newy Burger Co if you want a decent burger because the staff here are as about as competent as your average McDonald's worker.

I went into Grilld today and was serverd by the loveliest lady ever! So polite and sweet! Best customer service!! I didn't get her name but said she was the manager i think, anyway she deserves a pay rise!! We did learn about her bee issue which was both amusing and informative! Super awesome chick!

I ordered a specifically vegan burger straight from the menu. I had to send it back 3 times as it kept coming out with mayo on it, clearly the level of staff common sense is low as they continued to use the same spoon to spead my avo after using it in the mayo. No apologies from staff, more of a huff and puff like it was an issue. I suggest some serious training on cross contamination and dietary requierments because clearly nobody there gets it.

Love it- only down fall is they come up EVERY TIME we are eating there and ask us if it's all good as we are eating our meal & take the table number.. also i have like one more bite of my meal and they come and take our plates when we are still finishing our meal.. I would prefer to be left alone whilst eating then be asked when I'm fully finished my meal. It isn't a big deal but it is just annoying , rude in a sense and I feel very rushed.

Rang up for a takeaway, and was shocked with the rudeness I received by the person that picked up. Her name was 'sheon' or some name like that, could not understand. I do understand it was busy but there is no right for her to treat a new customer to grilld, it was the worst customer service I've ever put up with. I will not be coming back.

Delicious, quick and relatively cheap

Grill'd makes reliably decent food at all their locations. This is great if you're travelling and don't know which restaurants are good. I don't like their chips though.

Don't mind the hand cut chips either.

They may be a bit expensive, but these burgers are seriously gourmet. Freshly prepared using high quality ingredients, these burgers come out looking as good as the picture (unlike some other burger joints). The variety of chips are also amazing. Don't like potato? How about sweet potato, or even zucchini! Hey, don't knock it until you've at least tried it!
Definitely a destination worth coming to.

Excellent place for young and old with great selection of beers and hamburgers . pets are allowed. Excellent place to bring the family .

Great burgers, and I love that they are Aussies style burgers rather than all the American style burger places that have been opening up. Good service an, and good size. Especially with chips.

If you haven't been here for a while it has a new look with more of a restaurant feel and more interior space. I never have any complaints about the burgers here - worth the extra you pay over McDonalds
