I had a wonderful experience buying a ring from Tracy at GS Diamonds. I conducted all the business over the internet, which is what I prefer to do. Every store in my area wanted me to go in store, and wouldn't even give me a rough estimate of cost. One email and Tracy gave me an estimate and helped me all the way with the purchase of my ring. I am very pleased with how everything went. I was kept up to date on every step.

I went to inspect for an engagement ring about 2 months ago and I met Tracy who was very professional but also made you feel like you could ask any questions without sounding like a fool. They accommodate to your price range and suggest based on what you are looking for. We kept in contact based on the specifications that I wanted and about 2 weeks later she had kept researching and finding a really excellent diamond. I am from interstate but her attention to detail and explanation of the diamond made me feel at ease. They finished it quite quickly and were able to send me a video of the completed ring and the shipping was smooth and reliable as I required it on a certain day. In the end, my fiancee loves it and we couldn't be happier with the result! Highly recommended!!!!!!!
