Actuarial Consulting: Guardian Actuarial is led by Julia Lessing, an actuary (FIAA) with nearly two decades of consulting experience. We help senior leaders solve difficult to answer people-oriented problems, using data in ways others might never consider. Leadership Development is delivered by Julia Lessing who has worked in Big 4 actuarial consulting, corporate actuarial roles, and in the wider fields of public health and human services. She has held actuarial educator roles for the Actuaries Institute and Macquarie University and is an experienced counsellor, coach and mentor.
