Staff is awesome and nice and variety are also good

This store never has any of the stock that's online. And the stock they do keep is basic af. Very small range and not just once off, its consistently.

I don't understand how the manager of the Liverpool Guess store got her job and still has it. She is the most rudest, unhelpful, incompetent manager I have ever met in my life. I have been to the Guess Liverpool store many times and have always gotten treated poorly by the manager. I was there for the Boxing Day Sales last year and the store's management was horrible and I felt sorry for the sales assistants on that day, because witnessing the manager doing nothing and just being rude to customers. I witnessed the manager swearing to other customers and following them outside the store and verbally attacking them. I was just horrified by her professionalism and she just walks back into the store. Understand Boxing Day Sales are stressful for workers and maintaining the store, but I think the manager could have managed her attitude towards the customers in a more professional manner. Another time I was at the Guess Liverpool store, I needed help for larger size of clothing and the manager couldn't find anything in my size and I was like thats fine. Later on I overheard her talking about me to another worker... saying its not her problem that I'm fat B***h and didn't have my size. I was just applaud and horrified by that attitude. Also on the Easter Sales day, the manager kept asking people to leave half and hour before the close of the business. Telling and shouting at some customers they need to line up or else they will get kicked out. I saw the manager snatching off a clothing item off an asian customer, because she was taking too long and the manager said line up honey or get out of my store right now. I think the manager of the Liverpool Guess store needs to be recheck or maybe even fired. She is just ruining the name of Guess and I have been to other Guess store and they were lovely. As a loyal customer of Guess... I urge you to evaluate the manager's position at Guess Liverpool Store immeditately. Just still having her there as a manager is just horrible and reading the other reviews on this Facebook page says a lot already. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ASAP
