Gymea Physio Focus

Over thirty-five years ago after a skiing accident I was returned to Sydney and sent to an orthopaedic surgeon. I was approximately 35 y.o. at the
time, and the physiotherapy sessions afterwards were expensive, painful and continued for a very long time. I found this article very interesting and informative, and even before reading it had decided that I don't want any further interference to my knee unless it is absolutely unavoidable. I changed from my regular physio to Gymea Physio Focus on recommendation of other skiers after a complicated leg break. I was impressed with the proactive gym program they put together for me as it felt more focussed on getting back to the sports I loved rather than just basic rehab. They also have generous opening hours compared to some other clinics.

Each treatment I have had has been successful for knee and neck problems. A quick result and good exercise resume to follow. Staff friendly and welcoming. I also enjoy the newsletter.

Harry, Chris and the team at Gymea Physio Focus are the best in the biz! The team are all super knowledgeable, professional and friendly and I always look forward to my sessions. I love that they go the extra step for their patients and offer things like rehab/running classes and newsletters to help us help ourselves - not many physios are interested in educating their clients like that! Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in the Shire (or who doesn't mind travelling to the Shire) to get on top of their injuries!

Hands down the best physiotherapists & front office staff in the Shire! I've had my fair share of physio "treatments" so the big statement is warranted. The staff are professional, experienced & most of all down to earth. They continue to make my painfully long recovery process an achievable & enjoyable experience. Definitely worth the hype :)
