Took my bike in for a service costing $49.
Was told I would be contacted by phone when it was ready, with the comment don't ring us we will ring you. No message left on my message bank. This didn't happen so I called in a few days after the due date to collect it.
At the time I booked it in I advised them that the front tyre had a slow leak and I asked to replace the tube. On top of the cost of the tube I was charged an additional $16.50 to fit the tube.
How long does it take to fit a tube ?? Will do it myself next time.
Look elsewhere for repairs.
