My parents wanted to buy some chocolates when we passed by the store. But it turned out to be a very unpleasant shopping experience.

They decided to choose another chocolate brand as gifts for their friends rather than Haigh’s. I know it’s nothing for you to lose customers like us. But as a store at QVB, where services hundreds/thousands of customers a day, like another customer reviewed here:” your staff would put you out of business” not your products.
