Cons: Asked to dye my hair beige blonde with brown roots.

Instead received a platinum grey blonde and extremely dark brown roots, as done by Nick (image below has good warm lighting, but irl it was really platinum) This was pretty disappointing given that I requested the colour NOT to be grey, and that the job costed me 400$ (only to get the wrong colour).



Pros:

- Amaya did do a good job on hair shadowing

- They did offer to tone my hair to the requested colour (after I requested to do so) and

- They show very good customer service.
