I had my first appointment here last week and I can't believe that I haven't come here sooner! I went to a wedding the day after my appointment and I was complimented on my hair for the first time in quite a while. The customer service was wonderful; Cass and Elena were always talking me through exactly what they were doing to my hair and why, and they also provided me with a thorough price breakdown at the end of my visit - something which I've never received before from any other salon! I also appreciated how kind and friendly all of the staff were, and how they were genuinely interested in having conversations with myself and the other clients in the salon. I'll definitely be coming back!
