Got a 2nd nostril piercing here, it was done far too close and not where we agreed on also was done too low, had to pay extra for titanium stud and after care now down $100 as piercing is being taken 😡😡

Considering there in the mall there actually not to expensive! Compared to the first salon we walked into! Plus they seemed a Friendly bunch of people, didnt stuff my partners hair an gave me a quick easy cut. Five outta five! Will be back for sure next time we venture back up to the gong!

I visited Hairhouse Warehouse Wollongong over the weekend and was greeted by friendly and educated staff who knew all about taking care of my hair. My first time at this salon and it will definitely not be my last. My colour was perfect and so was my style cut. Very experienced stylists!!! Thankyou so much to all the staff for your honesty and actually caring about my hair.

Cut and colour was fantastic at Hairhouse Wollongong. The hairdresser listened to what I wanted and gave some great advice on a different style, and products also. They've done a great job compared to my old hairdresser, so I'll be returning for sure!

Have been extremely happy with this salon! The girls are very experienced and professional. I've always had great service and will keep coming back! The prices are reasonable too.

Recently did my hair at hairhouse warehouse Wollongong and can't talk highly enough of the AMAZING experience i had. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond. Not only did they do a great job on my hair, they also made sure i had an enjoyable experience by offering me a coffee, making sure i felt comfortable and even worked around my 8 month old baby who i took with me. Will be coming here as a regular for sure. Well done team Wollongong

Asked for a quote for a trim but was told that I had to book an appointment first. Showed up to my appointment a couple days later to be quoted $80 for a trim!! Walked straight out to another hairdresser to be quoted $25 on the spot. Do not go here.

Never ever ever ever go here! I have never gotten a good hair cut from this place. Terrible!

Love Kellie and all her girls, they are crazy creative and talented at everything they do from hair to piercings! I would never ever go anywhere else! I can always rely on them to dazzle my daughter's hair for Physical Culture dance comps too! I can show them an idea and they simply create it!! Thank you for all your help over the last few years, we would be lost without you all!! 😇😇😇😇😇😇
