Absolutely terrible experience!!!I was quoted over the phone $59 for pretty much brand new carpet in my small bedroom.When Gus arrived to my place(an hour later than agreed time), he asked me for $99!He found the carpet dirty!My apartment has been hardly used as I travel due to business a lot!The only furniture sitting on the carpet was a bed and a wardrobe.I was told that my carpet is heavily stained.What a wasting time!Mr.Gus was simply trying to rip me off!!!!NEVER MORE!This kind of behavior is not acceptable at all..
