Hamer & Hamer Balgowlah Solicitors is a boutique law firm based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Our main areas of practice are conveyancing and property law, business and commercial matters, wills and estates, commercial leases, family and defacto law.

Hamer & Hamer Balgowlah Solicitors was established in 1974 by Brian Hamer who is still practicing as a solicitor with our firm. In more recent times the second generation of Hamer’s have joined the practice with Murray Hamer and Sadie Hamer joining the practice and Murray taking over as principal in 2015.

We offer legal services in the areas of conveyancing and property law, wills and estate planning, deceased estates, family and defacto law, elder law, commercial leases and small business.
