Very rude receptionist. Website fees are different to what they actually charge.
Went in to see Nurse ( bulk bill) charged $120 when Dr called me into Dr's room. I say I don't have any cash Dr Jane Geary says your taking food off of my children's table. I have never been so insulted
Medical service over two visits was fair.
However, on moving to a new town, they sent a letter charging $33 to have detailed records sent to another doctor saying that our new doctor had requested them. As our new doctor had made no such request, it just felt a bit like robbery.
Shame their customer service is so mercenary.
