Great little surgery, friendly and helpful staff. Dr Michalski is our family doctor and he spends all the time he needs with you, which is the reasoning behind longer than usual wait time. They don't just rush you out the door.

I certainly don't mind waiting extra because of this, so always call ahead to get the latest times!

I have received excellent care and expert advice from Dr Hegarty who is a breath of fresh air, I would highly recommend her. The reception staff have always been courteous and polite, no issues. Most appointments have been only slightly behind, no later than 15 mins. I saw Dr Michalski twice who has an interesting and somewhat old fashioned approach to patients and although I wasn't offended, his sense of humour might not be to everyone's taste.

I have been a long time patient here and while the wait can be long I have always been able to get appointments at late notice and have had confidence in my medical advice.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from all staff. Appointment was over 2 hours late, however, instead of an apology, we were met with rude and obnoxious behavior from the GP and onsite nurse. Will not be back, and cannot understand why people would go here. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting.

Poor experience with the male doctor. Not only did he lack people skills but he asked me to do something unnecessary and uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend females seeing him for any issues. Left feeling taken advantage of.

Appointment was running 2 hours behind schedule, both times I visited. I had to book another appointment because Dr. Michalski refused to fill out my immunisation form correctly the first time. On this second appointment he huffed and puffed about having to fill in the form again and then proceeded to chastise me about my chosen profession (nursing) asking me point blank "Who is going to look after your kids if you are working? Your husband? Ha! He will be too busy". Disgusting. Im a 20 year old girl, unmarried and quite franking appalled that a Doctor in the modern day would have such archaic and sexist views. Had to pay to be criticized whilst he fixed a mistake HE made.

To answer some of the other reviews, this is a small surgery and the bulk billing conditions are laid out pretty clearly. Fees are pretty standard and you get your Medicare rebate directly from the surgery on the spot. Dr. Michalski is one of the finest doctors I have ever seen and very thorough, which is no doubt why his appointments run behind time. It is wise to call ahead half hour before your appointment to check if they are on time. Well worth visiting.

This takes non bulk billing GPs to a new level of being late. I get when bulk billing ones run behind, but this doctor was running over 1.25hrs late, receptionists didn't say anything other than sorry he's just really late and that was only when I asked how much longer it'd be after waiting over an hour. If it's always like this, which it seems to be from what I hear from phone calls, just actually learn to time the appointments for this ridiculously slow doctor.
And learn to communicate to annoyed patients, and maybe check on them if they're almost passing out like I was. This is ridiculous, won't bother going here again.
