Hard Rock Cafe

Very disappointing. Really wanted a good burger so went to Hard Rock with my husband and our 2yo daughter and 4yo son. People arrived after us got to place orders. We weren’t approached once to make an order, drinks or food. Left after about 40 minutes with two hungry and therefore cranky children. Wait staff watched us leave and didn’t ask us if everything was ok, even when I took the menus back to the front counter. I won’t bother coming back.

Big Portions, Friendly Service and good tasting food (especially the burgers). We dined here for lunch on a public holiday and we were seated immediately, the waiter was attentive and knowledgeable and the overall speed of the food coming out was good. The taste of our meals where good but other than the Java Java burger there was nothing special. Overall a good place to have lunch but it is a tad expensive for what you get.

Went to a work function here. It was such a great venue! Friendly service. Good music. Yummy nibbles and when you’re sick of your colleagues you can enjoy the exhibits everywhere. Very cool seeing all of the famous clothing from Artists tours 😀

The happy hour is quite good. 5$ beer bottles and 2 for 1 cocktails are well worth the money. The sides are a bit shy in quantity given the price but hey it's alright. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Specially the waitress who served out table was so smiley and nice.
Overall a decent place for a few drinks. A bit pricey but not overly expensive.

Me and my work crew came here tonight for drinks and food. There are 11 of us. Really bad service. We ordered at the bar two of our guys are Celiacs and Gluten Free. We called the manager over and said we ordered the gf burger that comes with no gluten free bun and his reply was well you did order at the bar. What a joke that is such bad service and was not apologetic at all.my work college had to deconstruct her burger. Get some new staff and management. Not coming back after that.

Its a burger bar but its in a great location. Super attentive staff and reasonable prices. Burgers are huge.

Booked a table for 7.30, waited for the front of house to show us to our table, staff just held a conversation between themselves before attending to us. Food was average, not the quality you expect for the price. The music was more appropriate in a club than what you would expect at the famous Hard Rock Cafe (clue is in the name). Service was average. Overall, not a good experience compared to other Hard Rock Cafes I've been too.

We made a Sunday booking for 4 people at 5pm - quite early! - with the family. We had done this many times before, and the booking was always on time with a table ready for us. This time, however, we arrived to be told that they had almost the entire restaurant reserved for a special event and were only seating a few tables in the bar. Our booking was "not really a booking" I was told by the hostess, but we were simply put into the queue with all the other patrons who had walked in and it would be "about 15 minutes." They wouldn't tell me how long it might be, and we had plans for later in the evening. After waiting 25 minutes, I finally inquired about the further waiting time, only to have the hostess walk around, come back, and tell me "20-25 minutes." I asked again why, when we had a confirmed booking, the restaurant would not honour it, she then got nasty with me and referred to the "terms and conditions of the reservation system" that indicate a reservation is not really a reservation. It's absolutely ridiculous that this restaurant gave no mention of the special event when we made the booking and then tried to weasel its way out of honouring our reservation with a reference to some mysterious "terms and conditions." Either allow bookings or don't allow bookings. The management of this restaurant should be ashamed of such poor customer service.

Music sometimes needs to be tuned down just a little, but it's good to see that the staff have some fun while doing their job and singing. It's a nice place for a bite, and just for some fun.

Very nice to have some awesome food and be social... if you can hear the other person. I went on a Friday so I understand it is busy but very hard to talk as it is soo loud. Not the music but the people. Best to get a reservation as I needed to wait roughly an hour for a table. The staff were very attentive and the price is decent for the portions of food.
