The Harden Regional Development Corporation (HRDC) provides services to local businesses and communities in the Harden region in its work to facilitate and secure critical opportunities for the future. The activities of the HRDC are guided by an overarching strategic objective to build a sustainable future for the region, encompassing an abundant economy, diverse and healthy lifestyles, within a culturally rich and engaged community.

Appointed sector delegates representing Health, Education, Business, Tourism, Events, Agriculture & Environment, Sports & Recreation and Culture & the Arts work collaboratively on the HRDC Board of Management and across the community providing a unified and coordinated voice in the realisation of a cohesive strategic direction focused on economic diversity and sustainability.

The HRDC is actively engaged to bring together these diverse groups to ensure knowledge, resources and skills are shared collaboratively, promoting positive relationships and instigating and supporting projects to realise best possible outcomes as broadly as possible in the Harden region.
