Hardy Brothers Jewellers

I bought my Omega quartz watch from Hardy Brothers about 2.5 years ago. My watch has stopped movement three times and was sent to interstate for repairs every time. The watch is valued at over $8000 by HB which is close to purchase price, and yet I had so much trouble with it. Would never buy Omega watch ever again in my lifetime. No quality for the price I paid. By contrast, my $350 Tissot watch has lasted more than 20 years and I have not had any issues with it. Have asked for refund from HB but the answer is no. Also, the service is poor with no clear explanation as to what's wrong with the watch. Would I shop at HB again? Absolutely not!

Was a little apprehensive going in after reading the other reviews but today I dealt with Raj Nair and was so impressed - he is very professional & such a lovely person to do business with. In the future i'll be back to see him. Thank you Raj

Received a call from unknown number having dropped into shop two weeks ago for a look. Answered on speaker phone and caller identified themselves as ringing from Hardy Brothers Jewellers, Chatswood with girlfriend in the car!!! Not happy, should have emailed.
