Harrington Park Medical Practice

Absolutely terrible. Receptionist are just plain out rude and arrogant. Easier to get an appointment to see the queen theb It is to see any doctors at this place. Call up a week before and still can't get an appointment. And then suggested to "sit and wait" for an opening. I sat their for 2 and a half hours and was told 3 times I'm "next". When you do manage to get an appointment you still end up waiting up to an hour past the appointment time. This place is not managed correctly at all and seems to be run by a couple of lifeless socialites. They also like to chooses when they open and close depending on how they feel I guess, the have closed up to half an hour early. Clearly it's necessary it's only a medical practice.

Always wait at least an hour regardless of time of appointment, never an apology, Dr's just want you out, didn't even look at my complaint just wrote a script. Asked to be referred to an immunologist, received referral for a dermatologist. Useless, will never return.

Doctors and nurses were great but receptionist are plain ass**. Over 1hr wait with appointment and over 2hrs for walking in. When asked how many in front of me, got told 3 more people. After waiting over 2hrs, doctor called 3people and when asked again, there's another 2 more people in front. When you question them all they would say is to complain at the dr when u get in coz all they do is put your name on the system. And receptionist name renee just keep on butting in when your not even talking to her, giving a raising voice and insulting tone. I have been living in harrington park for 10yrs now and we do not get that treatment from the old receptionist since that renee and michelle came in. Hope the management do something about it, used to be a really good clinic but arrogant desk people. 👎👎👎👎

I'm generally a patient guy and I have given this place so many chances is not funny but today was the last time I will ever go in there. I'm a special ed teacher and if my medical professionals I dealt with each day at school demonstrated the same lack of caring it professionalism I would ensure that they never worked in my sector. 2 and a half hours waiting with a 18month old. Fell asleep before being seen and no sorry or attempts to explain the situation by staff. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague unless 100% necessary. Would give no stars of I could.

I just moved here and went to the surgery to try to see a doctor,the receptionist didn't even acknowledge me all they wanted to do was chat to each other,when she did look at me she said I couldn't see anyone as they were full,before I could say anything,disgusting it could have been an emergency and she wouldn't care.

Do not even deserve one star. The level of customer service in this surgery is pathetic. The "cannot be bothered being here" expressions and tone of voice is a disgrace.
I was told that i did not need an appointment over the phone to see the nurses then upon arrival was informed i did to be offered an appointment in a weeks time.
I must say even when you do make an appointment you are sitting there more than an hour over your appointment time, because the doctors have been overbooked.
Definately has lost its community touch and will be sure to visit a new, friendly, helpful surgery.
