Wheelchair accessible. Friendly staff, but for a new high tech store I found it really disorganised. Moving around the store going from area to area didn't flow. Maybe as it continues to settle in, it will get better. The cafe is a great idea.

I just finished phone call with the sales staff named Karlos, it was such an awful service... when I was complaining about 4 weeks delayed delivery, he said "Bye" and hung up. I will not judge the whole staff members with just a bad example, however I think as a service team, they should work better than this. More responsibility, better communication and better organising skills ...

Loved the kitchen appliances section with the latest on display; knowledgeable and helpful staff.
New cafe within and soft chair area for customers.
Bathroom and kitchen displays are up to date and also well set up.

I called ahead and enquired about a product. I was promptly answered and the sales guy met me in store. He patiently explained the features of the TV I'm looking for and offered a decent quote. It was certainly a much better experience than I'm used to with the big electrical retailers. Only Bing Lee has offered a better customer experience on average.

The staff here are very friendly always ready to do a good deal! This must be a company owned store rather than a franchise if they are so willing to negotiate. The staff always seem more knowledgeable than staff from other stores

Had bought different items from this store, quite happy. staff is helpful and being a super store it has all that HN has to offer, so lot of good stuff in a small place.

My worst ever shopping experience in life was at this store. I bought furniture worth $6000. Dining table's leg got broken when I was trying to assemble it. Coffee table leg got broken when we moved it very first time. All stuff supplied was of extremely poor quality. I asked them to return it and gave my money. They said they don't do it. I filed a complaint in NSW Fairwork Commission and they asked Ben Clarke, the 2IC of the store to sort this matter. He is one of the most unprofessional man I have seen in my life. Nearly, 10 months has passed and I am still struggling with this guy. This store should close down.
