Good customer service from majority of the staff. Although there was an error in the initial order of our toilet suite, the manager/proprietor was able to sort it out immediately without any hassle. Also, he gave us a good deal in the items. Hence, we came back the next day to purchase more bathroom accessories.

(-) has to make customers aware of the operating hours of the warehouse where items are being picked up; some staff in the warehouse have limited WHS training/manual handling techniques

Sales assistant was so helpful, and without being pushy tried up selling. Plenty of items to choice from and off street parking available.

Dustin was an exceptional customer service person. Sold us everything we needed without feeling we were 'being sold to'. Highly recommended

Very demanding for a sale and desperate. Some staff are very rude of non-english background.
