Heartwarming memories about our recent International Yoga Ambassador Tour to India! :-)🌷 It is only half of our amazing group of Yoga Teachers from all countries around the world! What a great company full of positive energy and with beautiful open hearths..💖 It was a very unique tour, we saw so many wonderful places and of course we can not stop practising yoga! )) This is a special sanctuary place in Kumarakom - Lake Song resort on the island and it was Maharaj Palace in the past. Divine and only wild nature was around us. Thank you to all universe for this unforgettable experience! 🙏☀️💫

We were asked what asanas or exercises can be done to release tight upper back and get rid of shoulder and neck pain from breastfeeding. Alyona and Anton are really nice and relate well with their students. You can tell that they are very experienced and passionate about yoga. They are encouraging and I like how they suggest the different variations of the yoga poses to their students, to accommodate the different levels.
