Rude nurses and very poor care. would not recommend this hospital unless it was and emergency. for privately run hospital quite discusting really. the way my mother has been treated during her stay has been appalling. My daughter was also in this hospital a few weeks back and was treated the same way. rude disengaged nurses. My mother was told to go somewhere else if she didnt like the service. and to get up and make her own coffee. we wont mention she is in there for Influeza A. and is quarantined in a double room. LOL. we have to wear masks but she can roam the hospital and touch surfaces....great advice, lets share the germs. As a nurse i am sorry to say i would be ashamed to work with some of these people.

I can not fault my treatment in ED on Sunday 2nd September. I was a casualty in a motor vehicle accident early in the morning. My damaged wrist was Xrayed and treated efficiently by some very caring staff. I am grateful and thank them for their attention. RB

I owe my life to the beautiful people in ED, outstanding skills and professionalism to restart my heart 3 times with minimal residual damage. Eternal Thanks RB

My Mum is in this Hospital at the moment and the treatment and the way she is being spoken to , especially by one Nurse is disgusting. To be told to learn to do things for herself, especially since she would be going home soon , and there would not be any one at home to look after her is disgusting. We haven't worked out yet how Mum is going to be looked after. At 82 and with a broken arm and in sever pain I think she deserves better treatment.
This same Nurse ( if you can call her that) hit the bottom of My Mums bed with a wheel chair a long with another staff member and then laughed when it caused her pain. Any bump or movement causes Mum a lot of pain. Not to mention that she was left for 2 days before being washed and put into the nighties a bought in for her. By this time her top had stuck to her elbow where she was bleeding from after her fall.

I have heard so many bad things about this hospital. But because my baby was admitted into emergency for bronchiolitis & the nurses were absolutely wonderful & helpful. Can not thank them enough for everything they did for my baby. For a small hospital they are great!

15 weeks pregnant. Went to this hospital in an ambulance with bleeding and cramping. The last thing I was told not to eat or drink anything. After a urine test and a blood test and a 7 hour wait while I'm on the verge of tears from the pain they give me an ultrasound, send me home telling me everything is okay and that my urine test came back clear and bloods were fine. A week later they call me up and tell me there's a problem and I need to see my doctor immediately. Very disappointed with this service as my baby is now at risk due to the infection being able to do serious damage.
