HRCC is the Local Weed Control Authority with the council's of Blacktown City, Hawkesbury City, The Hills Shire and Penrith City. We work to contain and control the highest risk invasive weeds across western Sydney.

Our staff undertake the activities of property inspection, landscape surveillance, aquatic weed harvesting, herbicide application and bush regeneration techniques.
