Hawkesbury Valley Holden (Permanently Closed)

Without a doubt the most incompetent service department I have ever dealt with
Dropped my car at 830am
Arrive to pick it up At 2:30pm still sitting in the same spot
Two people "looking for the paperwork"
Although it obviously hasn't moved all day from right in front of the door
Told they are starting it now
Wtf and people wonder went they can't sell cars look after people! Not hard!
Not even an apology

Worst Car buying experience ever…. Waste of Time….
Been there for quote on new car, sales consultant talked very nicely and said we can beat any price.. when it comes to deal. They don’t hold their ground…. Very unethical way to deal with customer… they start bouncing conversation from manager, manager’s manager etc etc… and suddenly 4-5 people join sales consultant and forced me to get deal which is 10K more then quoted (using their finance)…..

Felt like humiliated... Wondering how Holden let these guys to represent them….
