Founded in 1999 and based in Sydney, Australia, HDAA was created with a simple vision of establishing a professional association for Service and Support organisations and professionals - an association where its members receive expert assistance in meeting the ongoing challenges in our ever-evolving industry.

Our team lives and breathes the Support Service Industry with a combined knowledge and experience of over 150 years that continues to grow. This covers a diverse range of organisations in both size and industry which is reflected by our membership.

We expand and grow through our hardwork, determination, partnerships and being an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for a variety of Service and Support certifications.

In January 2000, HDAA became the first international Gold Country Partner with HDI. We also sit on the HDI International Certification Standards Committee (ICSC)

We are authorised to deliver a full complement of HDI products and services and our Instructors are HDI Certified. This partnership allows us to deliver online access to HDI member restricted content including research and webinars.

In May 2008 we received APM Group (APMG) ATO accreditation for our IT Service Management (ITSM) programs and services.

Our membership base in Australia and New Zealand covers 100's of organisations and is connected to the HDI membership of more than 7, 500. We have had the pleasure of training 1000's of service professionals from entry level to senior managers.

Today, we maintain a leading edge in membership services for the Service and Support industry.
